Bu haqda Golden House kompaniyasi bosh direktori o\u2018rinbosari va O\u2018zbekiston Prezidenti huzuridagi Tadbirkorlikni qo\u2018llab-quvvatlash bo\u2018yicha jamoatchilik kengashi a\u2019zosi Artem Kreskas \u201cKursiv Media\u201d AA tomonidan tashkil etilgan \u201cO\u2018zbekistonda kapital bozori: sarmoya kiritish uchun yangi imkoniyatlar\u201d mavzusidagi konferensiyada aytib o\u2018tdi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ekspertning so\u2018zlariga ko\u2018ra, O\u2018zbekistonda qurilish hajmi shiddat bilan o\u2018sib bormoqda: 2010-yildagi 8 trillion so\u2018mdan 2023-yilda 153 trillion so\u2018mgacha. Shu bilan birga, o\u2018sish hali to\u2018xtamayapti: birgina 2025-yilning dastlabki besh oyida 91 trillion so\u2018mlik ko\u2018chmas mulk obyektlari qurildi. 2025-yilning o\u2018zida respublikamiz bo\u2018yicha umumiy maydoni 7 million kvadrat metr bo\u2018lgan 135 mingta xonadon qurilishi ko\u2018zda tutilgan, bu besh yil oldingi ko\u2018rsatkichdan deyarli uch barobar ko\u2018pdir.<\/p>\n<p>Soha rivojining asosiy omillari \u2014 aholining barqaror talabi, samarali davlat islohotlari va bozor shaffofligining oshishi bo\u2018lib, aynan shu omillar ko\u2018chmas mulk sohasini eng barqaror va istiqbolli investitsiya yo\u2018nalishlaridan biriga aylantirmoqda.<\/p>\n<p>Demografiya, shuningdek, respublikadagi umumiy ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy rivojlanish developerlarga qo\u2018l kelmoqda.
